ISE Equipment ships eligible orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $500 per order, regardless of the number of products purchased.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring appropriate access for equipment deliveries.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind returns must meet the applicable condition and return authorization requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible change-of-mind returns.

A 15% restocking fee applies only to eligible oversized equipment returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return inspection and approval.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not shipped may be eligible for cancellation and refund.
